The Aadhaar logo was unveiled in New Delhi on April 26, 2010 at the UIDAI Ecosystem event held at Vigyan Bhawan.
Mr. Atul S. Pande of Pune was awarded 1,000,000 Indian Rupees (about $18,000 USD), while the other 4 finalist received 10,000 Indian Rupees each (approx. $180 each).
